I am aggravated because the last three or four times I’ve tried to log onto the app for Wildtime. There’s an error. I’m already aggravated that I lost on the ticket but I want to play on the second chance and I can’t, but when the app does work, it’s funny

Why is it the app does not work on the phone I can use my laptop and it works but not the mobile app. Can you please explain that for me. I have an Apple IPhone 14 it only work about 2 times on my phone
