Seems to stem from poor server download speed and a bad app interface with the server.
App is frustrating to use. Would not recommend until they fix the problem.

Don't waste your time
App itself is free. The content looks to be good content, from the descriptions. However, the content and videos require a subscription in which you have to pay per month.
