About

Wild West Party Bus is two things in one app: the companion for our 35-seat private party bus in Old Town Scottsdale, and Explore Scottsdale, our own vetted list of what is actually worth leaving your hotel for. EXPLORE SCOTTSDALE — WILD WEST VETTED No booking, no sign-in. Browse saloons, bull riding, ghost towns, horseback rides, hikes, museums, pool parties and the morning-after brunch, each with the office's verdict, verified hours and prices, a map, a photo and the website or phone number. Search, filter by open now, 21+, price or setting, spin Wild West Roulette when the crew can't decide, and save places to the phone. It's our list — no paid ratings; sponsored listings say so. Venues on the list can post this week's events, a closure, and a perk for crews heading their way. It shows on the place; there is nothing to redeem in the app. WILD WEST CONCIERGE Want it arranged? Ask the office for a table, tickets, the bus or VIP. A real person — not a bot — makes the calls, replies in a thread, and confirms in the app with the time, the party and the name on the reservation. No payments; the desk is the people who run the bus. RIDE WILD WEST One organizer books the charter, then shares a six-character ride code. Everyone who has the code joins the same night and sees the same plan, the same map and the same ticket. Booked on Peek already? Enter the email and mobile you used at checkout and your ride is set up on the spot, with the code ready to share. Plan the stops together. Pull venues from Wild West Vetted or the Old Town library, reorder the trail, see drive-time estimates between legs, and let the crew vote on where to go next. Watch the bus on the map. The driver's phone publishes the bus position, so your group can follow it along the trail with live arrival clocks and drop a Request Bus pin when you are ready for pickup. Talk to the driver directly. One thread carries the crew and the driver together, with quick replies for the common questions. Queue music. Search songs and add them to the cabin queue from your phone; the organizer keeps the final say on the list. Crew Check. Leaving a stop, the organizer starts a headcount; everyone taps I'm on, and the driver sees who's back. Keep the night in your pocket. The ticket stub holds your voucher code and QR, a pickup countdown, the bar menu and a short Bluetooth guide for the cabin sound system. MY TRIP Plan the whole weekend, not just the ride: days, times, reservations and the miles between stops, shared with the crew by one code so everyone can vote on the options. THE MORNING AFTER A ride recap built from the night's own facts, a Morning After list that leads Home the next day, and Wanted Posters for the crew photo. Browse charter packages with real dates, departure times and prices. Checkout happens on Peek's secure page in your browser, outside the App Store. Nothing is charged or purchased inside the app. This app serves our own charter service in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is not a marketplace, not a taxi and not a ride-hailing service. It is for anyone visiting Scottsdale, for organizers of bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, game-day groups and corporate outings, and for every crew member who receives a ride code. Drivers and staff have a separate Driver Mode behind a staff sign-in. Partner companies and venues have Partner HQ behind an invitation from the office.

What's New in Wild West Party Bus

1.1.3

October 15, 2026

Drivers: when the bus has its installed tracker connected, Driver Mode says so and the phone stays out of the way. Phone backup is one tap from the run if the office asks for it. Everyone: the bus on the map now comes from the installed tracker when it is connected, and says whether a fix came from the tracker or a driver phone. Office: a live Bus now card and full-screen fleet map in Live ops, and drivers added on the web with only a mobile number show as website drivers.
