Overcooked meatballs
This is the first time we have ever had a problem with ordering food for pickup from Wildflower. We ordered 4 orders of meatballs and 3 out of the four orders were WAY overcooked. I don’t understand how one can look at those and think that they are okay to serve to someone. My son showed me and it literally looks and feels like a chocolate brownie! Yuck.

Reward expiration is wrong
If a reward has an expiration date of the 10th of the month, it should still be good on the 10th of the month. If it is gone on the morning of the 10th that means expired on the 9th. Please fix your app. It is not accurate or fair.
Messed up my order
I ordered a kale Caesar salad. There is no kale in it. And there is no easy way to get credited for that. 👎
Cheaper
I’d recommend this app only because items are cheaper than when using Grubhub or DoorDash. Other than that. It’s more of the same.

Not sure why I have 2000 reward points, but no rewards as a result in over 6 months for these points—must be a flawed app?

Continues to excel in service, quality and menu choices.
Order incorrect
The first order brought out wasn’t mine and then my order was incorrect. Unfortunately it was a pick up order so you don’t know until it’s too late.
Quick and Kind
I love ordering from this Wildflower! My work caters from there all the time and even if we ordered later than expected for our clients, they are always make a way to get it out very fast! The staff is so sweet and always ask about our day. Thank you for being so awesome and reliable!!

Can never log in to app, always get cryptic error message. No problem on website
Easiest app to use ever!
I order stuff, food to go, home supplies, tools etc A LOT. When I encounter a site that makes things easy, I return frequently. This app is equal to or better than the best ones I have used. It is so easy to alter your menu until it is what you want. Checkout is seamless as well. I am a fan of the app and of course the food is always excellent.

Mornings
Don’t know her name, but she seems to be the air traffic controller for the mornings. She found out my wife was sick and has been asking every morning about her. she has young children and I have young grandchildren. Her personal touch has been much appreciated. It is an evening out and I am picking up a piece of carrot cake. If I have a chance to review, I will find out her name and let you know.

Good app, but lacks gift card options to pay
Overall the app works well. They just started offering promotions but they don’t seem
to work easily at the store or on the app when paying, they apply manually at the register. Also the biggest item to resolve is the ability to pay through the app with a gift card. Please make this part of the next upgrade. Thank you-

Getting rewards after the fact
Hi. Went to Wildflower twice yesterday. Forgot to show app each time. The person helping didn’t ask either if I had it. There’s no way to add the visit on the app afterwards. Panera has user friendly system which allows that
Not sure why the site advertises rewards
Been using the app over a year and have ordered a lot of food. Never received any rewards. I had tons from Panera.
Useless
There are no words to describe the complete uselessness of this app or people in a store to assist with using the app. Love the food. Not worth the frustration of the facade of an “easy to use” app that makes you want to scream.
No points
Every time I order, I scan my app but I have never received any awards or points.
