Love the game but one suggestion
Hello b-alive! Idk if you are reading this but I absolutely love your game,I always play it in my free time and it helps me relax! But sometimes when I place down a guard it gets REALLY laggy and sometimes with snowcannons,and I have one suggestion that’s maybe adding a dlc to the game.So the dlc would include,Snakes,Lizards,Wooly rhinos,sloths,giant sloths,dodos,sabertooth,and Irish elk.Its ok if you don’t add this because I love the game otherwise :)

No way to restore purchases
I have been playing this game and bought everything with the game, the problem is i don’t want it anymore and I don’t wanna waste the 7 pounds I spent on this. I’ve looked everywhere I possibly can but I can’t seem to find a restore purchases button, pls help😭
Love game but having crashing issues
Love this game & how in depth it is for a phone game , bought the full version, but finding it such a shame & frustrating as it crashes constantly & despite having learned to try to save it constantly to prevent losing progress it happens so much & still do a lot , wish there was something to resolve the issue !

This game is very good I enjoy playing it!
However ive come across an issue. Previously ive deleted it and downloaded it and i restored premium just fine. I then had to delete it again for storage and i just re downloaded it and it says "wildlife creatures premium cannot be restored" im very confused as ive restored it in the past, and j dont want to buy it again cus ive already bought it. Is there any way to fix this??

Yes I know I have planet zoo but when I’m away doing other things in life or don’t want to use a bulky computer is just sit down and play this game

.Animals should interact with the homes. I think they should like, climb on them and stuff. Just saying.
.Why can’t you name the animals?
.And maybe an option where you can spectate from the animals’ eyes?
.Tigers, polar bears, cougars and tortoises live alone in the wild. So why not here? Hmm?

Great Game but needs some work
The game is AMAZING…but I have some requests. I know the creators must be paid but some animals that are free don’t have the supplies needed to care for them. In farm world the horses and bunnies couldn’t jump. Please make all supplies free so we can take correct care of the animals. Thanks for the amazing game!

But I should tell you something I had problems with:
The animals!!!
It is a nightmare to feed them quickly and what I really do not get is when I click on the animal with the exclamation mark on-top and apparently it says stuff like ‘Urgently needs to jump” when in a real zoo that should not happen. Please fix this.
Some ideas for the game:
It would be really exciting if you could start with only one animal and feature and when you level up more you unlock more animals!
It would really make me and the other players happy.

I love love love this game and it’s so addicting I have been playing it for hours and I think it’s really fun and I love rp and watching my animals thrive and grow up to be strong and I love it but I think there should be more plants and animals for free I have the pack thing so I can get them all also I wish we could zoom in more and please please please better quality the animals are blurry and stuff also make it so we can add things next to each other more and lengthen things make it like planet zoo the only reason I downloaded this is bc my dream is plant zoo but I have no pc 😭 but overall I love this sm 💕

Zoom and animals
I have this game on my phone but it won’t let me zoom out more, you can zoom in but only lets you zoom out to the position that you started with so please get this fixed quickly because it takes forever to even create an enclosure. My second issue is the animals. Yes I agree with this tomas person but we need more animals for free otherwise there’s just no point playing. Also the plants are an issue because for the zebra and the Mongolian wild horses for example, you have the animal but not their plant that they want. So please fix these problems. Overall this is a great game to play👍
