I can’t sign into my accounts all of a sudden. Works fine on desktop but can’t access the app.

I am studying for a major exam and needed a good solid review on the go method. I didn’t have a high degree of confidence in this app. when I saw the review page had 1 review with 1 star. I can’t log into the app, using the instructions the company provided. I would think the app. would be the simple portion consequently, I’m starting to doubt the study material as well.
