Renter be welcomed!

This is a beautiful curators space in a perfect location. My client families can enjoy a meal across the street or walk to a nearby park before or after a session. The spaces (there are five distinct spaces) are perfect for my needs.

Office Space West Linn

Clean, professional office space for client appointments or focused work time alone.

Perfect space for my practice

The office is pleasant and peaceful. Easy to find from my clients. the waiting area as well appointed and serene. This is a little gem for the Willamette area. Lots of opportunities for working space Dash a private office, shared, working space, a little sound studio, even a group room with amazing sound. And the amazing yard – there is a fenced backyard with lots of well-kept green area very inviting for outdoor sessions.

I’m so grateful to have found the space for it my work. the owners have great passion for providing a good space. They are very responsive to any concerns and highly professional

Renter beware

I met with the owner of this office space to get a tour. It was great and fit my needs, so I booked an office for a two-hour, one-time slot. The owner emailed me to ask if we could meet. When I said we already had, she responded that we still need to meet so I can get the code to get into the office. I asked for her to simply email the code (why meet twice?). She replied saying I can no longer rent the space because she is “curating a community” and my “vibe” isn’t “a good fit.” I responded very confused, it’s strange I can’t rent the space I already paid for because apparently she doesn’t like that I didn’t want to meet twice. She emailed back a slew of insults, telling me I was “sharp,” “inflexible” and she didn’t like getting “called out,” (about what I am still baffled by.) She said she doesn’t want “inflexible” people in her community, which is weird because it seems pretty darn inflexible to not be able to email a code. I wasn’t looking for a community, I was looking for a space for two hours as advertised on their website. The whole interaction was very strange. I do not recommend.

Response from developer

Proof that I have very good intuition! I would like to take this 1 star review as if it were a 5 star review because it is a review that validates what my intention has been from the beginning—and that is to be a good steward of our shared office environment, and to steer away from those who express their entitlement, abruptness and reactivity, for the sake of keeping a safe space for the tenants (and their clients) who work here. I’m ok with the “right” folks not liking my style because it makes room for the right folks who will like my style, and therefore will work well together. Im not shy to say that I always do my best and that for some, it’s not what they want. It’s a 2 way street. I consider that to be healthy.
