I got on the App and it stated that I needed to updated in order to continue, which I did. After the update I tried getting log in to make a few quick bets before the games and it’s not letting me in. The William Hill sign just keeps appearing in a loop. Nothing you can do. Even tried closing the app and getting back on.

Worst App Ever
App is designed to have you make errors in betting. Text is too close together. Once the App took my bet but would not let me cash out early because “suddenly “ my address changed?! I have no idea what this was about. Had to go to a William Hill counter to complain and they had no idea what was going on. Staff was clueless as well as the help desk. Last straw was a forced update today and after updating, the app just spins the William Hill logo endlessly! I’m moving on to another sports book.

I have used William Hill for years but when you try to start a live chat now they don’t even let you type what your issue is and only let you chose an option for their ai bot. Very pathetic, I’m gambling thousands of dollars have some respect for your customers

The new update took away the ability to follow along with the picks. It shows what I picked but doesn't show how far my picks are from actually covering.

App has been down all morning. Hours and hours. What’s going on.
The whole system is a scam
Be careful with your money. I went to the location to deposit money into my account, using cash. 2 weeks later I came back to the same location to withdraw all the money from that account. They said I can’t. I have to bet all that money before I can withdraw it? So my money is held hostage in the system, and they said even if I close my account, that money is still there. So there’s no way to access my own cash. What if I lose my bets, I can withdraw $0 after that? Doesn’t it sound stupid to you? I gave you my cash, give me back my cash, how hard is that? Other sportbooks never does that to me. This is the first. If they don’t give me the cash, my next step: the local news. Let’s see who wins this game

i didn’t believe the hype when they said it’s the worse app you can use for sports betting, it is.
beside log in issues during games that you have money on, the picks they give and choices is dog shx, they will give you selected choices and not good ones, i can’t even parlay more than one player to hit a home run today LOL other apps allowing it.. OR my favorite, players will not even be listed at all before the game and not til the game started / LIVE. this app is extremely SUS, go MGM or etc, william is the worse in vegas for a reason, nothing for the people.
