This app lags so much, I had a previous bet slip open and never meant to hit bet, now I’m out of 800 dollars.
The cashout button does not pop up.
They use the cashout button selectively and in their favor

Update made it slower, just use mgm
In my opinion this is a sports gambling app designed to target more in-experienced sports bettors. There isnt much bonuses at all after using the app for a year now.The app after the update is much much slower with live game feed and updates for live betting, and they offer less favorable odds compared to other sportsbooks you can compare yourself to see. After this most recent update the games stats will be inaccurate or just behind the time when it usually seemed fairly accurate and fast with live game updates. It seems now they will be a play or two plays behind the live or compared to espn or bet mgm, so if you do not double check the game progress it can mislead you into making a bad call on a bet, also the odds will change while your bet is being placed and it will not cancel your bet it will place with the new odds, so be careful with this app now they made it worse for live betting, and they really do not offer bonuses compared to other apps

Not working
I got on the App and it stated that I needed to updated in order to continue, which I did. After the update I tried getting log in to make a few quick bets before the games and it’s not letting me in. The William Hill sign just keeps appearing in a loop. Nothing you can do. Even tried closing the app and getting back on.

Last update not charged app is incredibly
Worst App Ever
App is designed to have you make errors in betting. Text is too close together. Once the App took my bet but would not let me cash out early because “suddenly “ my address changed?! I have no idea what this was about. Had to go to a William Hill counter to complain and they had no idea what was going on. Staff was clueless as well as the help desk. Last straw was a forced update today and after updating, the app just spins the William Hill logo endlessly! I’m moving on to another sports book.

Went down the tubes
I have used William Hill for years but when you try to start a live chat now they don’t even let you type what your issue is and only let you chose an option for their ai bot. Very pathetic, I’m gambling thousands of dollars have some respect for your customers
William Hill sports app
The amp is very easy to understand navigate and go in between.from football baseball or whatever sport event you would like to bet. Thank you.
The new update is horrible
The new update took away the ability to follow along with the picks. It shows what I picked but doesn't show how far my picks are from actually covering.
