App is down and money is stuck
App has been down all morning. Hours and hours. What’s going on.
The whole system is a scam
Be careful with your money. I went to the location to deposit money into my account, using cash. 2 weeks later I came back to the same location to withdraw all the money from that account. They said I can’t. I have to bet all that money before I can withdraw it? So my money is held hostage in the system, and they said even if I close my account, that money is still there. So there’s no way to access my own cash. What if I lose my bets, I can withdraw $0 after that? Doesn’t it sound stupid to you? I gave you my cash, give me back my cash, how hard is that? Other sportbooks never does that to me. This is the first. If they don’t give me the cash, my next step: the local news. Let’s see who wins this game

i didn’t believe the hype when they said it’s the worse app you can use for sports betting, it is.
beside log in issues during games that you have money on, the picks they give and choices is dog shx, they will give you selected choices and not good ones, i can’t even parlay more than one player to hit a home run today LOL other apps allowing it.. OR my favorite, players will not even be listed at all before the game and not til the game started / LIVE. this app is extremely SUS, go MGM or etc, william is the worse in vegas for a reason, nothing for the people.

They have changed a lot of policies to make it hard to withdraw your money. Feels hostage. Not a fan
Unreliable
The app frequently glitches during live events and logs me out of my account, causing me to miss valuable cash-out opportunities. This has happened multiple times and is frustrating, especially when timing is critical. There are other apps that provide a much more reliable experience.
Terrible App
Need Draftkings and FanDuel to come to NV to save us. This app sucks, 3% deposit fees, takes forever to pay after the game takes place, terrible markets, bad prices on game lines.

They cannot even code a good sports betting app they are very unorganized with evrything the layout is outdated makes betting a lot more complicated

New update is bad
The new color scheme for dark theme is horrible. Not liking the blue hues. The blue check in winning legs does not look good either. Blue bases with blue players on base for mlb is bad. Constantly crashing and having to switch between wifi and 5g. Usually every 2-3 minutes. No matter what wifi I use. Home, work, casinos.

Worst UI on the industry. Nothing more nothing less. Actually awful. Why when i open safari i go back to William hill and my parlay I was building is at the home page instead of inside the game lines I was looking at?

Worse Every Update
With every update there seems to be more problems, issues, and freezing, probably one of the worst betting apps to try and place a bet.
Lags and glitches live
This app lags and glitches way too much especially when trying to make live bets. Often locks and moves the lines, messing up constantly placing bets you didn’t want is easy do to the lagging locking and glitches.
Fast withdrawal
Very easy to use, easy to set up and the withdrawals are very fast and easy. Great app overall
Not Impressed
No bonuses, they focus not skimming 3% on deposits, weak odds and sometimes cut off live odds to United Football League games.
