No more sit and gos
Can’t play sit and goes any more !
Terrible update
They have taken a massive step back in the new update. No longer able to play sit and go’s. No new missions. I don’t really see much reward for becoming a higher club status vip as you can’t play the sit and go ladder games any more. Why did they try and fix something that wasn’t broken. The old app was so much better. Please bring back the old app William hill poker 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Worst update I’ve ever seen on any app ever
I’ll be leaving this site and joining poker starts, whos awful idea was this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please revert back to the previous version - the new one does not work
The latest ‘update’ to the app is a drastically poor downgrade. It is slower, less of an intuitive interface and worse does not allow you to access tournaments and sit and go games.
I have the app on two different devices (tablet and phone) and luckily only updated the app on one device. The old version of the app was excellent and still works perfectly so the developers have an easy fix to this - just revert back to the old version and everything will be perfect.
I have repeatedly contacted customer support but they just do nothing and all tech support links and pages on their website are dead.
I expect much better from a supposedly long established company like William Hill. If you can at all avoid it DO NOT Upgrade this software until they revert to the previous version.

Tables
Unable to find sit n go tables, and online help don’t have a solution. Still waiting for wh tech team to get in touch. Looks like only part of the update works.

Avoid at all costs and avoid any ipoker software website, a pay to win policy is what you have zero skilled based players, pretty sure if the gambling commission looked into these tax avoiding bookmakers they wouldn’t be able to host poker, save yourself the cash unless you have tonnes of it cos you will never win if your just playing for fun

It doesn’t show you starting chips on the double or nothing games from the lobby, so your constantly in and out of games to find the starting chips you want.
Bad customer service
They let you put money on but won’t let you play till you send them all your details then won’t credit it back when you don’t want to play, customer service is no help at all

I opened an account 2 days ago, deposited £30 and my account balance is still showing zero.
I’ve sent 4 emails with no reply, can’t talk to anyone on the phone as it just keeps cutting me off and live chat is a complete and utter waste of time.

William hill vegas promotion foult
I was playing WH vegas ,use promotion stale 20£ get 20£ . But I was staked more then 40£ and my 20£ bonus not be credited . Then I’m contact with WH support and they try to lie me when I’m staked on wrong game ,after I was make a screens from transaction history where and what time I was staked my money they tell me OH SORRY and strait away top up my account for 20£ bonus .
Why need around 1 h piss of me and explain when I was doing something wrong ,and when I’m send all proof then they apologise me .
This is 20£ ,then if they make same thing with 10 000 peoples a day that’s mean 1000000 of paunds every day free income to WH company . Now I will record all my playing time on it . And next time I will go to court . Becouse this is NOT FIRST TIME and I have plenty of proof of this site foults.
