I’ve been limited to £1 bets on promotions, only won £100 in 12 months, bookmakers don’t like winners even though it’s only a small amount
What happened to flaming tiki!!
Played flaming tiki all the time and suddenly it’s just gone, that and Goonies was the only ones I enjoyed playing and now I’m down to one game so I don’t go on as much anymore as when I went on I used to go between the two so it’s not as fun now there’s only one game to play! Why replace it with tiki tiki boom when it’s rubbish! Flaming tiki was a great game.

Absolute joke
Couldn’t access my account so I went to support chat and asked how I can log in, they said let me pass you onto the correct team, 1 hour later I still heard nothing. Then at 14:59 they sent a message saying hi how can I help, then at 14:59 they send another message saying since you’ve been inactive for a long time now we are closing the chat…. After waiting 1 hour, they couldn’t even wait 30 seconds for me to reply…. Absolutely disgraceful. No one download this app. Complete time wasters

Actual scam when you open the app
I was told there would be 200 free spins awarded if I staked £10 on big bass, after I actually did that (and lost) the 200 spins were never credited - then when I contacted support they said my account “wasn’t available for promotions” for literally no reason. I’ve never even used William hill before. Also the website is absolutely horrible to navigate

Ridiculous customer service
Spent 7 hours each occasion on 4 separate occasions to try and resolve a query on chat. Passed from one person to another and all around some managers. No apology and no compensation or free bet offered. Disgusting

Honestly such a terrible betting app, so many better and more reputable casinos available to use, they want about 1000 documents to get your money back, probably one of the worst casino apps I’ve used out of many.

I used to like WmH but recently their customer service has been terrible. Not accepting bets on line and if you happen to make an error they don’t want help you .
