I used to like WmH but recently their customer service has been terrible. Not accepting bets on line and if you happen to make an error they don’t want help you .

Worst betting app ever.
I had absolutely 0 problems with any other betting websites. I was looking for a betting site that offers Dota 2 esports betting and found out that William Hill offers it.
I tried to log in and went through the verification process almost 6 times. I even received an email confirming that everything was fine and that my account was active. However, whenever I try to log in, I’m told that I need to verify my identity and address again, even though I have already submitted all the required documents multiple times.
I also tried to speak to a real customer service representative, but after waiting in the queue, I mostly received automated messages telling me to send my ID and proof of address again. I tried to explain that I had already completed the verification process several times, even went through voice verification, and received confirmation that everything was fine. Still, I got no proper answer and the conversation was eventually closed.
It’s honestly extremely frustrating. I have sent all my information and documents so many times, received multiple confirmations that everything was fine and that I could bet, only to find out a minute later that I need to verify everything again.
1/5 — would not recommend. Find another betting website or app. This has been a complete waste of time, and it feels like no one actually cares about you as a customer.

The app when working is a very good app but in recent weeks I’ve been encountering a problem whereby when I load the app up I find myself logged out with a message saying”we are sorry. It looks like you do not have permission to view this page. Error 403” and when I try to login nothing happens. Requires a delete and redownload of the app to cure. Very frustrating

Customer service chat system is horrendous! Staff are very disrespectful and condescending! Can’t take simple instructions and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience.
After changing banks they will still attempt to send your winnings to an OLD account, even after you notified them to change this. Will act like it’s not their problem even though they took money from the account u registered for withdrawals and ONLY bank account linked to your WH account.

Not giving me my money
I have always used William hill and never had a problem until recently one of my bets had been settled as lost incorrectly I was speaking to someone on the live chat and sent them screenshots of the bet and the result they then straight up lied to me telling me the bet had been settled correctly even though I was showing them the evidence I then emailed William hill second response as it told me to they are ment to reply in 24hrs I’m now at 3 days and no reply PLZ FIX THIS

Misleading Ad
An ad specified a benefit after signing up. I spent a lot of time trying to find the specific bet to place and couldn’t find it. After talking to customer support, I was told that the offer is only available if you pay using certain methods which is not mentioned anywhere on the ad.
