Newer version won’t download.
I have downloaded this app on several of my iPhones and iPads and always I get version 1.4.0
I do not know how to get this version or if it actually exists.

Terrible
Does not work in the way any reasonable person would expect. Why call it bluetooth compatible if no sound comes throught the piano??
bluetooth connected, app does not work
It is really disappointing that the app does not work. According to other reviews, it is seems it is due to a recent update, please fix it!

Bluetooth is messy
Whenever I try to connect my piano to the app it always says that it's connected but when I get out of the pairing screen it refuses to say that my piano is connected when it clearly is. Fix this, please!
App is broken. Can’t connect via Bluetooth
App can’t connect to my piano via Bluetooth. If says it’s “connected” but then nothing happens.

Doesn’t Work
Piano will not connect to the app. I’ve tried everything I can. Hard reset multiple devices including the piano. It will connect via Bluetooth but does not show up in the app.

Having Bluetooth problems like everyone else, yet the developers haven’t addressed a single review addressing this issue. Would appreciate assistance.
Bluetooth issue
My keyboard is connected to my phone just fine, however it says it isn’t connected in the app, and nothing I do will change that and it won’t let me access the “piano home screen” because it thinks my piano isn’t connected. This might be a personal problem but I don’t have a compatible usb cable for my keyboard to try that option and the Bluetooth isn’t working so I am very disappointed.

Bluetooth Not Detected
After upgrading the app to this version in June I have not been able to connet my Allegro III. I have stopped using this app. It's frustrating
Doesn’t connect
This app is terrible. It will show that my piano is connected on the Bluetooth screen then proceed to say “no piano connected” on the Home Screen. Have trouble-shot every single possible cause or issue to find zero resolution
Disfunctional
Ever since the recent update, I’ve been unable to connect by Allegro III to BT, which is the entire purpose for the virtual console as for the limited physical settings. I’ve had no issue for the past 3 years up until recently, and it now renders the app as useless. A few months ago OTP, I was told it would be resolved soon and that it was an internal issue, I guess not! Thanks once again guitar center.

Bluetooth connection???
I loved using this app to customize the sound of my piano. Every time I’d play the piano I’d immediately pull this app up and connect.
For months now, the app does not recognize my piano. The same thing seems to be happening to other users. The Bluetooth connection option fails every time.. even after deleting the app and redownloading it. Very annoying.
I LOVE it when it works, but unfortunately your app does not. Please fix this issue.

Further Issues With Recent “Update”
The last update has caused the app to not recognize that Bluetooth is connected, therefore you cannot utilize any piano specific modulations nor any other similar functions. Everything’s enabled, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, piano hard reset - it’s not user error. Please fix this ASAP.
Stop making changes. App was fine
Used to find this app extremely helpful and loved that there was a setting to make the sustain pedal work with the organ setting. After the most recent update, that option is no longer there so there's no way to get the organ setting to hold out notes. The bluetooth is also so glitchy now. Please make the app work how it used to

No Bluetooth
As many other users have stated, I cannot connect to the keyboard through the Bluetooth function, making this app pretty much useless…. PLEASE FIX!
Recent update?
This app was 5 stars for me for months and then suddenly now it pretends my piano doesn’t exist. I paid for my Allegro III partly BECAUSE the app is so user friendly, now I’ve lost some of that value. Please fix this and I’ll leave a 5 star review
