Suspect
This company Willow bridge and its affiliates are very suspect. The app doesn’t work well, and provides no real benefits to residents. I think my data is at risk with Livly and Willow bridge.
Key access not seamless for iOS!
An annoyance to load the app on my iPhone, tap on the “key” icon to get access to my unit, amenities, and elevator. Additionally, with each update it would always say, “Seamless unlock and Apple Wallet may not work with this hardware type.” It would be nice to just “Tap” your phone as the key access feature is purported to do. Also, heard for other reviewers that it would nice to have access utilizing Apple Watch, as well.

Horrible app
This is super poorly made, sends you to third party accounts, you have to scroll in crazy ways because they didn’t make the UI correctly. All in all awful
Easy to use!
