Issue Signing In
I’ve tried several times to log in, but it keeps telling me the email is incorrect. I can sign in perfectly fine through the website, but the app is a bit fickle. I tried to use the “forgot your password’ option, and went through the whole process; however, I kept getting a message that the email didn’t exist even after the password reset. I love the company and the products…the app not so much.
