Subscribed twice and cannot watch
On 3 February 2026 I received an email telling me that my subscription to Willow had expired. I immediately sent a response saying authorizing a payment for 1 month from my Cash Card account. I later found out that this payment payment had gone to Roku and not to Willow, who had made a charge to my credit card for the price of an annual subscription.
It was some months before I realized that Roku had been charging me monthly. When I asked for a refund I was told they could only refund one month subscription and I had lost the other 4 months.
On the third of this month (August) my Willow channel was switched off by Roku for nonpayment.
I have tried to log on through Willow but they are denying me access despite having made an annual subscription.

Allow scores to be turned off.
Many people watch these matches archived. In years past, users had the option to turn the scores off so you could watch a match without knowing the result. This is no longer the case. I have no interest in watching a match knowing what the result is. Fix this, and I’ll subscribe again.
This app os NOT for the great INDIAN viewers, (available only India in UK)
The app does not have full schedule of the great INDIAN matches which itself is a drawback on how the whole ICC cricket is dependent on.
If the owners doesn’t think its necessary to include every series of the great INDIA, then why should we even think about it? Just dump.

Can I rate -10? You are supposed to be broadcasting the GSL. But you aren’t. You suck!!! How are you in business? Again nothing but toyota tundra ads. I plan to contact Toyota to tell them I hate their brand because of the frequency on the ads on willow. So many negative reviews and you do nothing. For the Eng v NZ test I watched the Toyata Tundra ad every 4-6 minutes for 6 hours!!!! So many issues. Willow should not be charging for this app. Willow has a monopoly in Canada so there are no options. I would like to list the issues but there are so many.

Seriously…they didn’t have have the toggle, then they had it, now they don’t seem to have it again……not all games can be watched live. Why do they insist on making it so I don’t want to watch replays by but the results of the games everywhere?

App Store restore purchase not working
I am a Willow subscriber since their beginning in US. After the Cricinfo acquisition, the willow app on Apple TV and on iPhone is unusable. I have a subscription from App Store, there is no restore subscription capability on the App on Apple TV. It shows a QR code that goes to Cricinfo app that is not supported in US. The workaround was to login to Willow TV app on iPhone with the userid, restore the App Store purchase there - and then go to willow tv app on Apple TV to login with the same userid. Now the restore purchase on iPhone also stopped working. Complete ripoff with no customer service - confusing to down-write scammy UI - and no care for customers. I wish Apple App Store reviews the app for compliance and ensures they do it right by their customer.

So much potential but lacks common sense
The Willow app offers plenty of cricket content, which is its biggest strength. Unfortunately, the user experience leaves a lot to be desired.
The interface feels unorganized, and finding matches by league or tournament is much harder than it should be. My biggest frustration is that the app constantly displays the final scores everywhere. If I’m trying to watch a replay of a match, the result is spoiled before I even get to press play. That completely defeats the purpose of offering replays.
The app has a solid content library, but it desperately needs a major user interface overhaul. Better organization, improved navigation, and an option to hide scores for replay viewers would make a huge difference. These issues have existed for a long time, and it feels like user feedback hasn’t been acted upon.

Latest version 3.1 crashes
For many games it works awesome but sometimes it buffers a lot. Also they have introduced Ads which causes us to is few moments of the games which is not supposed to be
Broken app
Save your money and buy a different app. Once you pay your subscription. It wouldn’t show on the TV and will say it’s not available in your region while I still living in Canada. What a scammed app.
One star is also very high rating
Very bad experience, airplay does not work properly. App on TV does not work either. Waste of money

Terrible app. Keeps forgetting my subscription. Takes money then wont let you access it. Just a flaky app. Total monopoly on cricket in US so don’t have to be any good or care. So many, many, many ads for a paid sub. Shameful.
TVe doesn’t work
TVe suddenly stopped working. No follow up support from Willow. Very disappointed with the poor customer support.
Can’t hide scores
Useless, ruins every match by showing the scores - and no way I can find to hide them in the iPhone app. Fix it!
First and last month of subscribing
Will NEVER subscribe to this channel again. Channel randomly stops broadcasting complete matches. Keeps showing error.

All Highlights
The website is very poor for iPad users. I can’t ever find full replays of test matches. I can’t even find full match replays of the pajama games!
If you like highlights of pajama cricket this is the site for you. All sorts of highlights are available from all the fours scored to all the wickets.
Test cricket fans will be sorely disappointed as it is treated as though it were the abbreviated version of the game.
