The website is very poor for iPad users. I can’t ever find full replays of test matches. I can’t even find full match replays of the pajama games!
If you like highlights of pajama cricket this is the site for you. All sorts of highlights are available from all the fours scored to all the wickets.
Test cricket fans will be sorely disappointed as it is treated as though it were the abbreviated version of the game.

Looking for match replays
Unbelievably Bad
How are you in business? Again nothing but toyota tundra ads. I plan to contact Toyota to tell them I hate their brand because of the frequency on the ads on willow. So many negative reviews and you do nothing. For the Eng v NZ test I watched the Toyata Tundra ad every 4-6 minutes for 6 hours!!!! So many issues. Willow should not be charging for this app. Willow has a monopoly in Canada so there are no options. I would like to list the issues but there are so many.

One of the worst apps ever. Willow was great before the horrible Cricbuzz takeover. From the day they took over and released the new app, it has been pathetic. Every few seconds it buffers. Very regularly errors out with a message and app needs to be restarted. You people suck. Get your acts together.

This app is horrible
It doesn’t work. Doesn’t let you stream games. They take your $$ and then tell you that there is an ad blocker on even if you don’t have one. Absolute rubbish
Poor app in this era
I cannot believe they are able to run their business with this app. Really poor.
User interface is poor
I’ve been using Willow for years. The latest upgrade makes it harder than ever to find a full replay or a match series. I don’t want endless screens of Highlights. I’m sure that new USA viewers will find the app lacking and somewhat confusing.
Worst App
The only reason I am using this app is there are matches only they have the rights. The app is really slow and comes with a lot of errors. Based on the pricing they charge, this app is not even 1 start.
Application Quality
Very poor. The quality of the app is degraded. It’s not worth 10 dollars per month. Lot of bug fixes are needed.
Billing hoax
Annual Sub on Apple TV. Willow says sub ended. Luckily I could reactivate or would’ve ended up buying again. Scamsters.

They can’t figure out how to make it work, it glitches on Samsung TVs , it doesn’t work on Apple TV, it is consistent on NOT working ..
AVERAGE AT BEST
There are no tweaks and software updates from Willow that make the user experience better. From poorly categorized videos to frustratingly ill-times commercial breaks, to random system changes, you’ve got it all! After an update, your previous personal settings simply vanish and when you contact customer service (which in itself is a laborious process for today’s user), you’re given cookie-cutter responses with no fix in the first place. The lack of streaming competition and lack of clarity in cable packages are the side effect of media companies who want your money at the cost of delightful user experience.

Very repetitive and very frequent ads make this almost unwatchable.

They took an app that was never good but at least functional, and somehow made it worse. You used to be able to watch replays without seeing scores, and they updated the Ui and now the scores are impossible to miss but the replay video are more difficult to find. And then the replays don’t work, or you get 5 overs in and the video just returns to the start, or there’s a catch hit in the air and they cut to an ad!

Often replays are not available-no response from customer service about that issue
Apple TV app
Apple TV app keep crashing. Can’t watch the full match. Keep crashing on live matches. What’s the point take all the fun away. Think about cancelling the subscription. I don’t think the developers reads feedbacks. Apple TV still crashes and live matches is tough to steam.
