Omg the Wills Batch loyalty card app is actually the best — it’s so easy to use and you get rewards way quicker than I expected. Honestly obsessed, I’ve been telling all my friends to get it because free icecream hits different
5 star Ice- cream
The reason of 5 stars is because of the “Ice-cream” not about showing off that how “loyalty” customer. This apps just for convenience to orders and checking the menu. Lastly the most important thing is… Lavender and Pistachio are my favourite flavour!!!!!! Thank you very much.

Just downloaded and registered at Elsternwick Will’s while buying 4x double scoops. Apparently the ”loyalty” card is 1 per visit. Even the sign for the app says “buy 10 get 1 free”.

Customer Loyalty
Staff (Elsternwick store) consistently have not seen or heard of the app and won't honour the built in loyalty scheme... Why the store owner would pay to develop a mobile app only to disappoint and drive down customer loyalty is a mystery. Surely the complete opposite of what the app should aim to achieve.
