Worst ever
This is the worst, most difficult app to navigate of the 3 newspapers I read. Cumbersome, balky, illlogical. Need I say more
Sport scores
The news paper doesn’t report college scores for basketball, football, softball and baseball. State universities would be nice to see such as UNC, UNCW, Duke, ECU, NC State. Please have a new section in sports section with the scores for the conferences. No write up stories are required. Please include the SEC scores.

Enewspaper fail
When attempting to read enewspaper, yesterday’s edition comes up…..notices to StarNews go unnoticed to fix the problem.

This application is terrible, some days it hangs and the e paper does not load, and the screen jumps around when trying to read something. I have removed the ap a couple of times and reloaded it only to find no change. Please fix this mess
Amateur hour
This is arguably the worst app I’ve dealt with newspaper wise. Really amateurish. All i wanted to do is suspend my subscription for a while — it used to be simple. Now i can’t find how to do it. Then to make it worse, it is very clunky, pop ups are constant, and it is a hassle. If they are trying to get you to stop the paper subscription with this, good luck. What a joke.

Terrible App - Doesn’t Acknowledge Payment
I paid for a year long promotional digital access only account through Apple. Got a confirmation from Apple and my credit card company for payment and an active subscription. The newspaper publisher, Gannett, does not show an account for me. I’ve called their overseas call center three times over two weeks and every time the rep shows no record of an account, and each time blames Apple. Hyperlinks inside the app to report the problem don’t work.

Inconsistent app
Sometimes it remembers my password, sometimes it requires me to log in again.
The formatting is not consistent, with page layouts blocked by advertisements.

New application.
I do not like this application. I was having trouble downloading an edition of the StarNews. I deleted the application and tried to redownload it. I have had this to work before. I went to the Apple Store and the application I previous had was not available. I downloaded this current application and I do not like it at all. What happened to the previous application. I learned later that the problem I was experiencing was with my ISP.
