SCAM APP
I subscribed for one year and only the first week worked and after that anything I input it doesn’t work, if you ask anything it just comes back blank so if you ask a question, your answer becomes blank and I try to email the customer service several times and no response.
Total waste of $$
Read the high reviews and thought I’d give this a try. After my 1 year purchase I used it once and received a response. Well enough. Now, if I enter anything in the chat I get blank. Did a reinstall and still nada. If you want to pay $35 for one time use, go for it. Btw, good luck on trying to contact them. The email address does not exist…. Haha…shame on me.
