Mobile deposit clunky For older folks
As a tech savvy, but older person, I find it absolutely impossible to get the check perfectly positioned and then tap the screen once (to move to the next step apparently, as there are no directions for this). Then you have to tap the screen again to actually take the picture. Two problems with this: the direction says to tap the button, and there is no button! It should say tap the screen. I could not accomplish this without having another person come into the room and tap the screen for me.

New Update needs help
Please fix this app! This is an app that our family uses numerous times a day but since the last update it never updates the balance and transactions and it only will show me my balance from days ago. Help!!!!

I love this bank and the people who work there. They have always been so friendly and authentically care about each and every customer I can’t speak highly enough of this bank and the people there especially the hermitage location but all locations seem to have the same caring atmosphere your not just a customer to them you truly feel like family
