Hopeless maps and directions
I can forgive the fact that numerous walks are not in Wiltshire. But the lack of direction guidance or landscape comments or maps with adequate markings is unforgivable at this price and with these promises. So poor
Maps not clear
The maps aren’t clear and can’t zoom in no other details like road names or markings or better directions. Shame as could be a good app

Truly awful. Maos unusable, have to hold your phone upside down. Total lack of detail
Brilliant App
Thank you so much for creating this app. I mostly hike solo so I feel very confident I’m on the right trail. Led me to some new parts of the county and great fun to use.
Prefer OS maps sorry
Maps are good but there isn’t a great variety of walks / distances & there is no written instructions or market points. Also, quite a few of the walks we did were deep mud where there were better alternatives that could have been used! Prefer OS Maps
Extremely useful
Great for finding walks around a variety of routes without having to use an OS map. We would not have known that most of these walks existed if we didn’t have the app. Everything works well, particularly the ‘live’ location pointer: if you take a wrong path, it’s easy to see that you have deviated and you can backtrack.

What an excellent map - has made me realise what a beautiful county I live in and how many hidden gems there are! Should be one app for every county - well done!
Great app for exploring!
I am loving this app the walks are so easy to follow, it’s opened up a whole load of walks for us and looking forward to seeing more added over time.
I would love it if you could mark a walk as done in the app so I can keep a record just so I can see which ones I have done so I can pick ones that I haven’t done before (I’m so forgetful!)

App not connecting properly to maps
When connecting to Apple maps it’s only picking up your current location and Not giving the directions and no postcodes or addresses given on the app to find the location. App support just taking through to website.
Very difficult to cancel subscription
Nice app but there’s not any directions on the routes. It’s also very difficult to cancel your automatically renewed subscription, so beware

I live in the south of Wiltshire. I already know all the walks within an hour if me and there are few further away ones long enough to warrant a long drive. I will cancel my subscription if I can work out how to do fo

Love this app! I think it would be great to have an option to check off a walk from the app once done
Good idea but not for me
Limited ability to scroll around the map and basic mapping function means I won’t be using this. Would rather use OS maps with much richer information.

Needs to improve quickly
Just signed up for the months free trial and won’t be renewing.
I actually tried this on my iPad first so I could get a sense of the app.
When I clicked on the link for ‘walk information’ it took me to Spain! I did restart and faff about and eventually it did use my home location.
When you look at the map of the walk it is quite basic. You can zoom out and scroll to see the walk, but there are no place names of where the walk is starting from, and I would have found it helpful to see the walk in its entirety instead of needing to zoom out AND scroll. For me, I would have preferred seeing the whole walk with a significant place marker that gave me a sense of where I was walking.
Not everywhere has good internet connection and I would also have found it helpful to save a walk to my device and then access it while walking.
I may check back, but I am afraid the app will be deleted.
