you accrue points so slow, never consistent with how much you earn either. !they also took away the 150 point option for a free specialty drink! like why would you do that………im deleting it after i use my final points up bc of that ngl🥱😒

Best coffee and service
Absolutely the best coffee in the area and absolutely the best customer service.
Ponderous
No autofill, no guest checkout. Took 20 minutes to create an order then had to re-do and create an account which deleted my order. Unfortunately they are the only game in town so no incentive to improve the app.
More Selections
You can tell this app is in it’s beginning stages. You can see how many points you have and order pick up which is great. I wish they had more drinks you were able to order on the app. For example, the raspberry mocha. I would like an option to choose raspberry mocha so I don’t have to start from latte and then add syrups since I’m not sure how many pumps of each syrup is standard.
If they could put more drinks on the App’s menu that aren’t just the seasonal flavors to choose from. The raspberry mocha was advertised but it was not a choice to pick from on the App therefore I would have to create it not knowing how many pumps of syrup should go in my drink. I enjoy the fact that you can put notes on your drinks to remind the baristas like “no whip”. With enough work this app could be as good if not better than Starbucks!

Rewards that you can’t have
I got a promotion for 50% off a new drink in my inbox. “Add to order to redeem this” I do that and there is no option to do so after looking for 10 minutes. Even if it is there somewhere it should not take that much digging to use a reward when it is the first thing I see upon opening the app. Bad design.

Dark chocolate option
The dark chocolate vs milk chocolate option should be visible on the initial ordering screen menu. Currently, it is only visible when clicking on an item to open it.
Also, it doesn’t appear on the final order as a way to double check the right chocolate was ordered (dark vs milk).

Charge to use App
They charge $0.15 to use the app. I know it’s nothing but when you use points to get a drink, they don’t count it towards the points. So I’m charging $0.15 to my cc.
No password manager support
Sign up page dues not support built in functionality for password managers. It’s 2024, every app that requires you to create a username/password should support this.
Wish it had favorites, but you can repeat order
I wish the app had a place to save your favorite drinks, to make it easier to put the order in quickly. But I did figure out a workaround. If you click on ‘Past Orders’ instead of ‘Order Now’ you can find an old order and select ‘repeat order.’
It would be nice if I could just save a favorite or two, so I could just click ‘order now’, select the favorite, and check out.

Always magnificent!
The coffee is almost as wonderful as the employees. The coffee is fabulous weather you like it cold or hot. The flavor of the coffees are always amazing. Never that burnt taste from the National brands. I would give them more stars if possible!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨
Great, first time experience!
Used the Winans app for the first time this morning to order ahead and worked very well! I appreciate that it was easy to add my rewards to my order, and was ready as soon as I walked in the door to pick it up!

Best Coffee and the Sweetest Staff
I am a regular at Winans and love their selection of beverages. Their staff are always delightful and greet everyone with a smile. I’m a big fan of their frappes and their flash brew drinks. Keep up the good work and finally…. Thank you for making the App!
