Documentation is incomplete
There should be documentation specific to the instrument paired. I have a Windmeter and do not know if the firmware needs to be updated because the button doesn’t work. Can the data be displayed on ikite, I don’t know because there is no documentation? The background button is for what, I don’t know because there is no guidance. Why would the settings menu show weather elements that are not on the Windmeter, maybe they are, I don’t know? Also saving the observation does not save the description and changes the compass degrees to the cardinal directions, not good.

There should directions via a link on the box and in the insert, but it sounds like we forgot to put a quick-start guide insert in your package. We're sorry for the bad experience! Bought the one that plugs into Earphone jack on a 6s+… Worked the first time, then stopped and never has since, app says no meter detected ….. A complete waste of $50

How about updating your app on a regular basis? I already paid you $90 for a WeatherMeter I think it is reasonable to expect the least a developer should do is maintain the app current and 100% support new hardware/ iOS revisions.
This app looks like crap on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Yet, apparently WeatherFlow thinks it’s ok to not update the app since 2020!
