I have been searching for;and FINALLY found wind chime effects that sound completely genuine. These effects are so powerful, genuine, yet completely soothing and satisfying. Thank you so much; I thoroughly enjoy listening to these chimes.

Diverse sounds!
There are 20 different samples of chimes, from tubular to solid metals to bamboo. You have to scroll down for 11-20, not a big deal.
The reason for four stars instead of five is that a few of the samples have some background noise in them; of special note is #6, which has an inordinate amount of wind noise! The background ”yard sounds” in some of the samples are not a deal-breaker, however.
Also, the sound levels are widely unbalanced between the samples, again not a deal-breaker. Some of them are clearly manipulated by hand (I may or may not have experimented with just such a thing in my local garden center’s wind chime display — just saying! :-) )
Despite what may seem like a negative review, this is nonetheless a keeper in my arsenal of sound effects. And for $.99, why not! :-) It’s actually quite nice to have a variety of quiet to busy chime sounds. I would love to have individual element samples (per chime), but that’s an awful lot of work for a 99-cent program.

I am very happy with this app is is so realistic and most of the chimes remind me of when I was young at heart as well as in age! I recommend it for everyone!
A kid of rubbish
Don’t buy this all.
I hit play and waited for 5 minutes for no sound to come out from the app. My phone was on full volume. I tried on the second wind chime as I thought it was just an issue with the first one but it was the same. No sound then I tried the 3 sounds and still nothing!!!
So a complete waste of phone memory space, and 99p its not like I have money to throw away either

This is most probably because the phone is in the silent mode. Check if this is true and deactivate the silent mode if this is indeed the problem. Have already updated the app, though, so now it should now play the sound regardless of whether the device is in the silent mode or not. Have also added the ability to play the sound when the app is in the background or when the phone is locked.
