Bring back free play. I can’t redeem points to play at the casino anymore.
Cheap
Casino got cheap and started making free plays hard to get no matter how much you lose. I’ve lost 600 and got a $5 free play then used the stupid sapphires to get $10 and that was it. After giving them over $600 I get $15 of free play that didn’t give me anything back.

Ever since the app update in October, free play is hard to get. They used to give out so much more and now it’s based on getting Sapphires which is very hard to get! Bring back free play please!

This app literally made me smash my phone and self included from all gambling. I've never seen a site set on instant auto lose more than this one I never wanna gamble again because of this site specifically fair warning to all

I have put a couple thousand dollars on this site and never once one more than $10 please don’t waste your money. There’s so many other sites out there that will let you play. This one has never let me played for more than five minutes. I feel like the biggest sucker.

You all at windcreek are so greedy. It’s sad Corporate greed is taking over. You all updated your app to now instead of using your WC/Wpoints that you probably spent months to years accruing, and Mind you it takes hours of playing time on the app just to get the few points they do give. Which is an extremely looong time to build/get your WC/WPoints at a reasonable amount to be able to redeem them for free play. To now the only way to get redeem free play is to use Sapphires within Casinoverse which is almost impossible. It’s almost comical because of how long it takes to gain a reasonable amount of sapphires to do this because just like money Windcreek doesn’t give that out too often, but anything to not give us nothing huh lol. That’s is why social casino platforms like: CrownCoins Casino, Chumba, LuckyLand Slots, Luckyslots.us, and etc are taking over. Because not only do they provide daily rewards (daily $1 or more) to allow you a chance to win real money. They also provide discounts to packages, and etc. which gives players more of a winning chance when playing, and half the time don’t even have to add funds to their platform to win money. And get this, don’t even have to leave the comfort of their home to do it!! You all really messed up when you updated your app this way.. And by reading the reviews others noticed and is unhappy as well. All for the love of money as if you aren’t raking in enough as is!!

Recent update removes playing the slots
Recent update removes all of the games one could play before. No doubt they’ve lost tons of profit. Absolute junk now.
Bring back free play
The new app only allows you to get free play using sapphires and my app constantly says I’ve found all my sapphires. This app allowed free play using only W score bring this option back!! We want free play again

As a loyal patron it will affect my play knowing we can no longer purchase freeplay using w score points with the updated app. Disappointed with the update and will affect my visits
New updated app
This app was just recently updated and after the update I no longer get free play through this app. This app previously allowed you to purchase free play with just your Wpoints. All free play has to be purchased through the Casinoverse app which requires you to use sapphires. Since a very small amount of sapphires are given out in Casinoverse, the likelihood of being able to cash in for free play is almost nonexistent. This is very disappointing and will impact whether we go to WindCreek.

Upgrade is Downgrade
Knowing the number of elderly that use this app, this upgrade is awful . Please fix . It’s so bad. It’s confusing and unnecessarily busy.

Terrible update
It's bad enough that you can't win anything at the casino, they took away how you can buy free play to get you in the door. I was there going there like 3x a week. Ever since the update I haven't gone back. And it feels GREAT. Thanks for this awful update it actually save me a bunch of cash.
