We're sorry for this — Wind Meter never redirects you or restricts any account. What you saw is a deceptive third-party ad (a fake 'account restricted / cleaner' page) that slipped through the ad network, not the app itself. We've reported it to be blocked. If you see it again, a screenshot helps us report it faster. Thank you for flagging this.
