Paid Version not Available?!?!?!

Would LOVE to get the paid version!!! Tons of useful features are missing otherwise.

Great but add the paid features

I cannot purchase the paid version in the US because it says the app isn’t applicable in my region. A coworker was able to get it on their device years ago and it works flawlessly. Can either the paid version be opened up for the US based customers or can you put the paid content into this app as an in app purchase?
