About
Wind Watch shows the hourly HRRR wind forecast as one honest chart: sustained wind as Beaufort-coloured bars, gusts as a line with caps, arrows for direction, and day, night and twilight shading. Integers in knots, nothing smoothed, nothing padded past the model's horizon.
Start with Port Townsend Bay, or pick any point HRRR covers: the continental US and nearby Canada and Mexico. Search a place or drop a pin, and the app, the watch and the complications all follow.
On Apple Watch: a 12-hour strip, a Now page with the hero numbers, and four complications (rectangular, circular, inline, corner) that roll forward every hour with no network. Every number tells you how old it is.
HRRR is NOAA's 3 km hourly-updating model; weather data by Open-Meteo.com. No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
