App is glitchy and don’t pay subscription, they don’t give you what you pay for…. Keeps you on the free plan

High mountain lakes have tricky winds - this app is a must have for sailors.
Latest update is nothing but ads
Used to be fantastic. With the latest update 90% of the screen is taken up by premium subscription adds. Free version is completely unusable.

Marine Forecast
I just downloaded WindAlert and I think the right now the most favorite part would be the MARINE forecast for the western basin of Lake Erie seems to be very accurate today unlike other apps
Essential for Idaho Gardening
First time I’ve loved an app so much I felt the need to leave a review. Idaho weather is erratic and can quickly turn from calm sunny skies to hail and insane winds. My bf watched in horror from the doorway my first year setting up a big garden as I tried to hold big metal shelves up with seedlings and pots as everything fell over, rain blowing sideways like a mini hurricane. I gave up and watched all of it collapse. This app helped me build up wind fences in the right places and I can grow tomato stalks up and around a greenhouse frame without them snapping in a wind storm now.

Spot on wind prediction
Living in the Santa Ana, wind corridor of California, this app allows me to know when it will be blowing down to the hour it will start blowing and then stop. It’s a great way to plan events.
