Unprofessional staff and bad service
The medical equipments were bad and didn’t show anything and they knew that already and they told us to do it anyway just to take the money

Great service really pleased was so clear and the people were lovely would recommend anyone that want to find out what there having early shame didn’t get a 4d with this virus but am glad I went and am really happy that they told me and my mother in law I’m having a little boy
Not worth the money
Spent £69 for a gender reveal scan and overall health check, 4d sneak peak etc.. I wanted to know the gender ASAP not 20 weeks by nhs... so got there with my partner everything felt rushed... they claim to be 99.9% accurate as long as baby is in good position but the woman said it’s a 70% chance it’s a girl I was just happy to see baby moving and healthy but NOT worth it.. she let me and my partner hear the heartbeat for like 2 seconds.. also they say to bring hospital notes but no one checked my notes or anything.. also AFTER taking payment my partner and I were told that they weren’t doing 4D sneak peaks because of the virus? Finally, the ‘health check’ was very rushed she seemed to be taking pictures the second she started scanning... and there were two other people maybe trainees or something just observing who we weren’t introduced to so the experience wasn’t as personal as I would’ve liked...just really feels like I wasted my money ... ohhh and lastly the app I downloaded because that’s the only way to access the pictures (only found this out after I paid on their website i thought it said we get to leave with the pics but anywaysss) isn’t loading like I’ve entered the code and it’s just buffering.. I’ve tried about 5 times now aswell... just seriously seriously wasn’t worth £69 ...

Very disappointed
I did the package £79 and i felt i was doing a photo shoot of the baby,i went more to see if the baby is growing ok but on the other hand the women who was doing the scan was more showing me how the baby look,very disappointed for the money i paid.I suggest you as a clinic to be more into checking baby health then taking pictures.
