Lots of bugs, one of the worst app I ever used
They recently removed the cash option from APP, however the card registration feature is awful, never get succeeded.
What I have to do is to make the booking at Browser, then track at the APP. Yet the address look up at browser is also awful…

Unable to register card
The app’s look and feel is dated. It uses the extremities of the screen for action buttons that require very precise finger placement. The real killer though is that after going through the card verification process and receiving the success screen… I cannot make a booking with going to the card verification screen again.

App Improvements Required
App displays great on mobile phones screens and has probably been optimised for their relative smaller sizes.
However when using App on iPads with larger screens the image pages are displayed smaller than full size and even stretching the image does not fill the screen.
In addition Co. App icon does not show on iPads and the IOS icon image for your App defaults to a plain boring white box style which is not good for company image.
These problems did not occur on older original App.

RUBBISH
I like the company but this app is absolute rubbish.
Half of the time the bookings don’t go through, and you end up not even aware that the booking was not in place even though the app registered it.
It tries to be uber with showing times etc., but those mean absolutely nothing.
Also crashes all the time.
I would not recommend the app until some experience developer actually looks into it and resolves the issues.

Take a look at Uber - Size
I am not entirely sure how you managed to design an app with words so small and so unreadable. Take one look at the Uber app and you will see what is wrong with this app.
THINK about how small everything is and THINK about how black text on grey on a font size that is smaller than a small thing might look.

Needs Bug Fix
The app works fine most of the time but there are few areas where it really falls short and doesn’t work well. - Prices seem to be inconsistent when searching by street or quick shortcuts. - Cannot book more than one trip at the moment as upon booking a trip user is forced into the booking history UI. - The search should be improved.

Not as good as old app
This app appears to only last You book one trip at a time.
There is a bug (or missing function) where I can only see one booked journey, and am unable to book more (like a return journey).

Easy to use and professional service
I regularly use this app and find it so efficient. Great to track the vehicle - lovely clean executive cars and polite drivers. Often use for runs into and out of London and find the drivers are great.

I find this app really useful & it works like a charm. My only criticism is the grey font, giving driver info & arrival times etc. is too small & very difficult to read.
Also worth saying that your drivers are always 1st class & a pleasure to chat with. Thank you.

2 journeys today
Excellent as usual. I would always book Windsor Cars. Their cars are clean and comfortable. The drivers use masks and ensure the cars are well ventilated. The drivers are polite, respectful and friendly - always happy to chat. I also enjoy the messaging system whereby you can track the car coming and know the driver’s name and reg. number. Good for safety and reassuring too. Thank you all!

Can’t edit phone number
Bizarrely the app set my phone number to “0” followed by my email address. There is no option to correct this rendering the app useless.
Room for improvement
The last app was great. However, I’ve had major difficulties with this, my card details don’t save and I seem to have to ring them for a car to be dispatched 😩
