This app would get five stars from me if only it recorded data while the app is still opened in the background. Who is seriously going to sit there with the app opened the whole time? What if I need to log onto Instagram at work to see what my ex is up to? It's been five years surely they've changed? Nope. Still the same 'ol lost cause. Oh, that felt like a strong wind gust. I better check the windy app to see what speed that was. Oh, too bad. None of the data was recorded because THE APP DOESNT ALLOW FOR THAT!

Just the basic’s - barely useful

The windy app does not work in the background. So say you go check your email and the high winds come, you are not notified. Banner notifications and scheduling need to be added.
