Many wines are not found, others are mistaken, and the user cannot correct the input.

How do you Order Wine?
I go to a restaurant. I get steak. Why? Because I know what steak tastes like, and you like that taste. Then, I open the “wine menu” - a literal book filled with names, years, prices, and locations. None of these descriptors help me discern the taste of these beverages, let alone if those tastes will appeal to me. What do I do instead?
Well someone one time said red wine goes with steak. That narrows it down by about 50%. The “types” don’t mean anything. Will my dinner partners consider me more sophisticated if I say “Pinot noir” or “Chianti?” “Sancerre” is a big word. By now, the waiter has returned, so I roll the dice and put my finger on the 4th choice under “Red” in the book - vintage, region, and flavor notes be damned.
