Great pairing
Asked the app to recommend wine from my local M&S wine section to go with a tofu stir fry… top pick was a Gruner Vetliner which I wasn’t too knowledgeable about… fast forward to dinner the pairing was perfect! That £10 bottle felt like a much more expensive wine connecting with the grassy and smokey flavours of the meal. 5 star experience!
