C'est trop génial d'avoir quelques grands traits de caractère des vins du monde. Très utile en voyage car à l'étranger on trouve une offre bien plus large de vins du monde qu'en France.

Seit 2012 wurden die App nicht aktualisiert. Warum?

Der Titel ist irreführend
aber die App ist klasse, denn man erfährt zwar nichts über konkreten Wein in Flaschen, aber sehr viel über die Anbaugebiete und die Rebsorten. Also eher was für Kenner.
Not worth the price
The info is useful, but very limited and presented in a too simple, condensed way for a $5 app. Don't buy unless on discount, you will not find detailed guidelines on grape varieties (what I was looking for).
Buch ist umfangreicher
Leider eine Enttäuschung - habe das Buch und wollte es auf dem ipad mitnehmen, aber es steht noch weniger drin als im Buch, z.B. die verschiedenen Traubensorten gehen als diverse unter - das ist nicht ausreichend!
Not Enough Info
This App has started off with the right idea, but needs to be more specific on details about each particular wine such as vintage tasting notes and what it scored on a scale of 100. It basically just mentions the tasting notes for the grapes used in each wine but for the entire region. I want to know for example how a 2001 Barolo matches up to a 2001 Pio Cesare Barolo. $5 is a lot for this App.

Un peu limite
Cette appli est une base de données reprenant tous les vins et appellations du monde. A part cela, pas grand chose. Les commentaires liés aux appellations sont très succincts. On trouve ces informations sur le web, gratuitement !

Rebsorten sind ja ok, aber sonst sind das etwas wenig Informationen. Oder meine Erwartungen sind zu hoch aber was ist Winzern und Kellereien etc

Nette Idee, aber die Datenbank ist noch ein wenig dünn. So findet sich z.B. unter Montepulciano kein Eintrag für einen Wein.
