I bought the bundle last year (great product), since the last update, it doesn’t let me restore purchase and prompt me to buy AGAIN; I’ve sent three emails to customer service but they do not answer; I thing the product is very good but the customer service is really bad…
Despite that yes! I’ve sent 3 emails not 1 and didn’t hear from Avinis back then, the issue has been resolved and as I stated, the app is great. Thanks for answering and fixing it 🙏 Cheers…

We updated the app today after receiving more detailed information about the bug from another user yesterday. PS: We only received one email from you, to which we responded immediately, asking for additional information, which unfortunately we did not receive. We resolved the issue within a day of receiving the necessary clarification from another user. Cheers!

Wer etwas mehr mit viel Tiefe über Wein lernen will ist hier richtig, zum Beispiel angehende Weinakademiker und Sommeliers. Aufgebaut wie virtuelle Karteikarten mit Selbstkontrolle. Kritik: Regionenkarten könnten detaillierter sein. Nonplusultra wäre, selbst Fragen hinzuzufügen!

Diese App ist so schlecht konzipiert und umgesetzt, dass es fast schon wieder lustig ist. Hab ein paar Minuten gebraucht, bis mir klar war, dass die das ernst meinen.

Cet app est incompréhensible ! Vous avez le choix entre "vrai" et "faux",mais il faut répondre vrai à toutes les questions ! De plus, il y a de nombreuses erreurs : le cépage du château grillet est le Côte rôtie, celui du Meursault le Pinot noir, et des vins blancs aux arômes de fruits rouges avec de beaux tanins !
