Horrible Customer Service
Customer service is non-existent. They won’t reply to anything. Plus, the only content that’s decent is the documentaries on specific wine regions. Not a fan of the rest.

Even just one episode of WineMasters class is worth the subscription cost. Here’s what you do: pretend you’re going to a real life class with Susie Barrie MW and Frederick Lindfors (Best Somm of the Nordics). Watch the class, take notes, then read the corresponding segment in the book. You will understand more than if you read the same section 5 times!! And it’s so cool to learn from a real Master of Wine!!

Loving these wine master classes
Currently studying WSET3 & the Masterclass & documentary’s have helped immeasurably Getting the grape & wine insights, what you’re tasting the terroir & winemaker influences is great. The documentaries are the best, only improvement would be subtitles on the few when there’s French & Italian. The scenery the winery the history 5star. Always looking forward to the next release 🍷🥂🍷
