Everything requires going to the bank

This is the worst bank I’ve ever used. Almost everything requires you to go to the physical branch, even very small or simple things that should be easy to do in the app. It defeats the whole purpose of online banking. The process is slow and inconvenient, and it wastes a lot of time. In today’s world, banking services should be much more efficient and digital. Very disappointing experience overall.

Decent but Slow and Rude Customer Service

Customer Support takes a really long time to process and understand whats going on, 1 hour of sit and wait just for it to be sent to another department. And also rude.
