Idk why they had to change a already good app probably wont be using again. Keep saying my cards was denied yet charged me for the order

They updated the app so I had to create a new account and I don’t have any rewards. Have to start over after spending lots of money
Missing points after update
I made a big purchase about a month ago, and had almost $20 in rewards from it and the app updated and my points are gone.
No More Rewards
Lost all my accumulated rewards and not able to get more rewards. Unfortunate. Plus the app doesn't apply coupons either
Don’t bother. The older app was much better just call the store to order.
This app leaves a lot to be desired. It is absolutely NOT user friendly. For example, it gives me an option to use a coupon for a free item, but when I go to use it it says I haven’t ordered the proper thing to be able to use the coupon. I look around in the app and there is no way to find a said coupon to learn the “rules” so that I can in fact use it. This is a real shame.

Coupons don’t work
Gave me a coupon code to use that didn’t work when I tried to use it online, even though it is advertised as both in-person and online. Went in store to try and redeem it but the prices were $5-10 more than online. Honestly decent food but annoyed their coupons they hand out don’t work.
Gift card issues
Will not accept gift card & I know number is correct. Also can’t save gift card, asks for zip code & other fields not visible or applicable.

Great food, broken app
The app worked great up until a month ago. Now I can’t order. I keep getting an error about “order has been updated since you began, please try again”. Luckily the employees give me the online discount otherwise I’d be moving on from wing shack.
Wings are good, business practice is financially abusive.
The app wouldn’t let me check out until I added a tip. I waited tables and bartended for 2 decades. It’s not the customers job to pay a living wage. I don’t tip for someone to cook food. It’s not my job to. If the owners prefer to extort their customers and employees that’s on them.
Lags and doesn’t work when you want to use rewards
Every time I attempt to use rewards when I try to place an order it just loads and loads forever. Never allow me to finalize the order unless I remove the rewards and don’t use them.

I wish this would be updated to take apple or google pay.

Kind of overpriced but somewhat good
App only works if you tip
It’s kind of sad that the app is set up only to allow you to complete an order if you tip. I shouldn’t have to tip for a pick up order let alone for the app to allow the order to go through…
Great food But….
Website sucks. You do a 50 wing order and they don’t give you an option of how many wings you want with each different sauce
