Cannot order from the app anymore. It thinks I’m in a different state and I matter what I do, cannot. Get it to recognize my zip code or city.

No Order Visibility, Cold Food Every Time
Ordering delivery from this app will always result in 1hr+ wait times and cold food regardless of time of day or tip amount. This wouldn’t be a problem if the app allowed you to view the DoorDash status either in or out of the app, but it doesn’t. I have to interface with the store or DoorDash directly if I want a status update on my food. Dear Wing Snob, your food is amazing but if you don’t ditch AppFront and make your own app or at least find a better vendor, I can’t order your food anymore.

No Option for Extra Crispy
I love the wings and sauces, but there is no place online to request that they are fried extra crispy. You have to walk in and wait for your order if you make this request.
Credit card date selection issue
Choosing the expiration date for you credit card is a hassle. When scrolling it scrolls on everything except the date i need to select. WINGSTOP WOULD NEVER 🤬

Whenever you try to use a 12 days of deals promo it bugs out and disappears from the app
Wing Snob for Canadians — Won’t work
For those who are in Canada and want to use the app to order online for Wing Snob—this won’t work. Seeing this app updated a year ago, you’re better off using wing snob.ca and order online from there. App deleted.
It’s okay!
They’re definitely improving the app. Lots of options to customize and placing an order can be a breeze. However, the app freezes a lot and can’t move through the app seamlessly. Needs to improve more!
No Canadian content in your app
This place is popping up everywhere but will probably be a flash in the pan due to the functionality of their app.
What’s the point?
Why did you even bother with an app? No offers, no explanations on anything like how the perks system works and the first perk you can earn is a dipping sauce? Really? Does 25 cents worth of sauce motivate people? There’s an “about” button which you’d think would have some info about the restaurant right? Nope. Completely blank. Interestingly enough the same menu has a “delete my account forever” button…and here I was thinking they didn’t understand what customers want. 😂

Unable to Order Fries Without Seasoning
When we go into the store, our family orders fries without any seasoning (don’t like the fact they combine salt and pepper together and don’t like the rest of the options). This app requires you to choose a seasoning or you can’t order the fries. Makes the app useless for us.
What We Needed
Been waiting for an app for a while now. Works the same as the website. And you could still make an order without making an account. As a long time customer, I approve 👍🏼
