Sorry to hear about this experience — that sounds frustrating. To clarify, we do not offer weekly subscription plans in the app. If you’re seeing a charge, it may be coming from an active iOS subscription, which is managed directly through Apple. You can review any subscriptions by opening the App Store, tapping your profile icon in the top right, and selecting Subscriptions. We absolutely want to help get this sorted. Please reach out to us at support@wingmate.com with any details you can share (screenshots help), and we’ll gladly look into this further with you.
