Spent £51.40 on big bass splash in 20p (250+ spins) 20 minutes gameplay, zero bonuses. Complete scam site. Connection really bad, 40% games unplayable. And if you do get lucky and i mean lucky, then don’t expect payments for 24 hours. This is easily the worst gambling site.

Try load a game and get purple screen, so have to keep jumping in and out just to get it to load the game to play, and when you finally get into the game it has the worst lag on the spins, freezes for a split second every spin. Very annoying. Easily the worst app for connection i have played.

My partner won £3200, they paid the first £600 out timely then made her wait 5 days to tell her they need to verify the account. Now wait 3 days and after that reading the other reviews they’re not going to be happy either. Customer service just repeat the same scripted message. Very unhelpful and convinced a lot of the positive reviews are fake. Trustpilot shows the true outcome of this company with many people going to claims court to get money owed. Doubt she’ll get the money and couldn’t be less pleased with the company replied. No one seems interested in helping only telling you to wait longer.

Unplayable
Save yourself the time of installing. Put £20 like I always do when I install a new app just to test it played 0.40p spins and not a single spin span properly, super buggy to the point it felt fixed. It even froze on the safer gambling page. WD times are awful
It’s like most other sites out there. Win some lose some.
Think a lot of the reviews on here are from guys losing a lot. Which happens, and the 5* ones look fake to me.
Site is super buggy, kicks you off a lot. When you go back into game, the bonus you just got isn’t waiting for you. It is on every other site I’ve ever played.
Customer service isn’t exactly fast but they do get to you eventually.
Verification, like every where else, is needed. Don’t know why folk complain about that.
2 things tho. Length of time is shocking. Took more than 72hrs.
Asking to prove it came from your bank account after providing passport and proof of address is ridiculous. Especially when I’ve already been paid out a small amount! Seems like it’s try anything to not pay.
Withdrawal time is 48hrs at best but not weekends so if you WD on a Friday evening it’s Tuesday morning before it lands. This is the year 2000 type lengths. Every other bookie is not instant or 2-3 hours at the very most bar TalkSport which is 8hrs.

Terrible slot selection and low RTPs
