Worst APP in History
It has never worked and it’s been worked on and by techs dozens of times. Horrible company and horrible service. Never connects reliably and the silver leaf it’s attached to has never worked well either. Embarrassing.
I figured out how to use it!!
But still gets one star. It works and is impressive but if I wasn’t in IT I’d never have gotten it to work. You have to connect your phone to the Winegard router. My router had missing pages in the manual and NO manual and No listing of the Name and password. I finally popped off the ceiling Winegard unit found the name and PW- then went to 10.11.12.1 and as admin connected the router to a local internet source via Wi-Fi. Then went to the rig control screen, settings, fooled around until I found “pair”- did that while my phone is connected to the Winegard router and it paired and then the app allows you to connect to rig and connect to the cloud. That is comfy and that’s why there is no instructions or videos online.

Poor everything
This application is very poor, no documentation,no functionality ,set up account and it does not accept login. Basically useless .
