Absolute heartbreak and zero accountability
I’ve used this app before to send cakes to India, but after what happened on May 10th, I am done. If you are planning a surprise for someone you love, please, do yourself a favor and use a different service.
I paid extra for express delivery to make sure the cake arrived on time for a special day. They missed the date entirely. No phone call, no email, nothing. They just went silent. Then, they decided on their own to drop it off at the end of the next day when no one was around. By the time it was found, the cake had gone bad sitting outside.
To top it all off, the cake looked nothing like the picture I ordered. It was a total mess.
When I contacted customer support to explain how much this hurt, the response was incredibly cold. It was just a "nothing we can do" attitude followed by a robotic, scripted apology. It’s honestly shocking. You trust these people with your special moments, they ruin every single part of the process, and then they act like it’s no big deal.
They don't care about the people behind the orders. Save yourself the frustration and the heartbreak—don't use this app.

Don’t ever use this service. Worst experience !!!
I ordered cake and flower for Mother’s Day. But I had to call 4 times to escalate and they delivered in night 7 PM and flowers were all dried up and cake was horrible taste and they didn’t even any message on the cake. I will not recommend anyone use this service again.

I ordered a lot of stuff from winni for my girlfriend (including plushies, chocolates, flowers, a cake, there was more, but not listing everything) to be delivered at 14th February. I was in another country so delivery was the only option for me. I ordered early to avoid any possible problems. And I ordered the best and most expensive things that were available because my girlfriend deserves the best.
14th February. Nothing happened. Support said the stuff was delivered. My girlfriend said otherwise. And of course don’t even dream about getting a refund. Just threw a lot of money in the trash.
I see some positive reviews and I see negative ones as well. As I understand it’s just a gamble. If you wanna play Russian roulette go ahead and order. If not - stay away from these frauds.

Guys do not order from this app.. quality of cake was so poor.. and it’s looks like it was made months ago and it’s not even clean.. and they customer service is poor too they do not provide any proper details and executives rude too.. please save your money guys.. do not ever purchase anything from this app.. too costly and poor quality!

Worst app ever , waste of money . I had twice really bad experience with them . Doesn’t matter how early you placed your order . They always delivered cake after many days . The date you choose for delivery its not matter to them . They want to deliver your cake when they want doesn’t matter to them which date you choose. Charging money for express delivery and send a cake after 2 or 3 days which date you choose . Spoiling people’s day and time and money.

Don’t go near this app or this service
I cannot share my whole experience with limited characters but let me share what I can. You show 2hrs delivery then during checkout it goes to 12 hrs. Fine I paid extra for express delivery but my product was delivered 4 days later. Do you guys even know the urgency or priority? It was a valentine gift, it was supposed to be delivered same day if you can’t make the commitment possible you should mention those before checkout. You cannot cancel the order you cannot manage the order. There is no customer support available for these things. No real time tracking of order. Everything was a disaster. You should stop scamming and shut this service down. I didn’t know you guys were this worst else I would have made other arrangements. I will never recommend this app even to my worst enemy.

Poor Quality with Fraud
What I ordered was delivered of poor quality. In an order of 1435 rs, 4 dairy milk worth 10 rs each and bouquet looked like it was not worth even 100 rs. flowers are smelly n not fresh. People give gifts to someone so that they like it but because of their service, it looked so bad that it made a mockery of my emotions. And when I raised a complaint asking to take it back, they were shouting at us only. What an audacity of that guy. Not only the money was wasted but also the special day. I wish I could post a picture here of what they gave for Rs 1400. At best they will come down to write sorry for the inconvenience. Please donot order anything from them. Go for IGP, Flower Aura or FNP but not this.

Worst site ever
This company is totally fraud.. they will not deliver the cake what they shown in the picture. I’ve ordered a cake with cost of 3899/- as i want some good quality product but it was a complete shock what i received.. it was not even of 1500/- worth, also stinking with very poor quality. When i complained about this to their CC the shamelessly said my product is good which seems they fooled their customers by showing good edited pictures and delivering cheaper product.. they are shameless and have no guilt to making their customers fool by cheating and wasting money. I wish i could have option to upload image here what i ordered and what i received 👎🏻

Fraud app
They are literally fraud ..I ordered cake from them for my husband’s birthday in the morning first I received the cake very late in the evening second there was no happy birthday written on the cake and they didn’t even gave me candles with cake..even after ordering early when they delivered the product it was all damaged..I complained regarding this so they assured me that they will provide me replacement which didn’t come..they have literally ruined my day and my husband birthday

Fraud cheater not trustworthy
This is a very fraud app, do not take it if you order something and they send wrong order by your own fault, they never listen to you and even if you make 100 calls and mails to these people, it will not be of any use nor will you give refund. This is a very cheap app to exchange, the call center people are sitting there, they are asking vahi ratta vali lines sir maam may I help you, may I help you and there is no help, I have ordered a cake for my brother, they sent the wrong name to him, I have written mails calls but they wasted the whole day by calling and sending mails but there was no response to these people. Worst Service. Do Not Order
This is the worst app to order from. They ruined my special occasion by delivering the cake extremely late and it was completely destroyed. I couldn’t use it at all or even give it away to the maids as it was that spoilt a cake with all layers separated and cream entirely on the packaging. The customer service is a joke and extremely disrespectful, they will talk unprofessionally, even shout at you, or cut the call abruptly. Even after sending photos and proof and receiving confirmation after hours of talking to them on different calls, they still did not process the refund. This is the biggest scam company ever. Never use this.

They came to deliver the product and then they didn’t call anyone and they get back I already give a number to the Winni but Vinny guy didn’t call on that number and they returned. I don’t wanna give that 1 star either but to write this comment I have to. I placed an order on Jan 1st to surprise my friend they said it would be delivered on 7th Jan but it’s 10th Jan now and there is no response from customer service either. I think this app looks like scam. How can they be so irresponsible about customer satisfaction for the people like me who are trying this for first time. I was waited for 2-3 hrs without even closing app and I still didn’t get any response from customer support agent. That’s was great gesture. Any they additionally charged me 200 for convenience delivery and holding the order for days. I lost hopes on that order I don’t think they will deliver. Lost patience on waiting for hours and closed the app. Loss of 5000 rupees and my time. Better to trust another apps. That’s was a bad experience guys.

Cake birthday
Cake was melted by the time delivery driver come it was starting melting when i open the cake immediately after he delivered.

Yesterday I ordered a cake from this company called winni (fraudesters) .. they accepted my order and charged me a spl 375rs extra per specific time of delivery… finally they called me before two hours of the delivery time and said due to bad weather we are unable to deliver your order that to with their personal number.. i asked and tried to call the customer care but there is no use at all ..they all are busy with cheating other customers i think.. and finally I called their personal number they said your order was canceled and your money will be credited in 7 to 15 business days.. if i asked why are taking that much time to refund my money .. they started abusing me with such bad words… very very bad experience … so plz dont waste your money or time with this fraud company and don’t regret it like me🙏🏻🙏🏻

Asking phone number of receivers
We want to surprise our receiver by sending the gifts and cakes.. But the problem is here they will ask for receivers phone number, and they will call to receivers which will lose the interest of surprising also.. until we provide they will not send the gifts and also you will return back. please keep an option like surprise so that it will help someone who wants gifts for surprise. And also your gifts and bouquets are really good.

I am giving a 1 star review only because there is no option for a negative review. Thanks to you guys someone celebrated their birthday without a cake. I placed an order to deliver a cake on 14’th of May and even by 15’th the cake is not delivered.
