Mobile app is terrible
Every time I try to login, it just loads for ever and won’t let me login
Headache...
You cannot make a payment on a loan without leaving the app for a third party website that takes forever to load and then you have to enter in every little detail about you, your account, and your card every month when you make your payment then they have the nerve to charge you a $2 “convenience” fee when there’s really not anything convenient about this poorly developed app.

Great mobile app!
I love the fact that I can log in via Face ID or thumb print. It also allows you to add other accounts like checking, savings, club, CDs, and money market accounts to your existing account without ever going in the branch.
It’s THE Best!
