Won’t open

Bought this for my granddaughter. Not only can you not color it because it crashes but I PURCHASED this so there was No Adds is it advertised so I didn’t have to deal with a 3 year old getting mad because she didn’t understand why her coloring was interrupted. I purchase this one and another app from the same company. I STILL HAVE ADDS!! You can refund the money or fix the issue. My next email is to Apple.
