A major UI update is needed immediately!
This app is now under Corel and they do not seem to care. Reported many GUI problems 12 months ago, still not fixed.

The UI on iPad is a garbled mess, makes most of the functions unusable as you can’t make them out. Shoddy programming, use a different program, there are many that do the same job. A shame, as WinZip used to be the best.

I've used this app for years on PC and MAC. On my MAC more since my main computer is MAC.
I love how you can view the archive and pick and choose what I need without having to wait and unzip all what a pain! This way I can view separate files and pick what I need update them or whatever. Then close without all the uncompressing. I tried so many others and they can do this as user friendly. Another one is once password protected encrypted I can open enter password view it close it and not have unzipped another version lying around that could be viewed by unknowing eyes.

Needs to be easier than other similar apps.
I’m not able to add any files from my FILES on my iPad to compress them, I totally unhappy.

Used to Be Great
Won’t upload files to dropbox, last year or so. It’s taken three months for the ticket to reach level three, but it’s crickets now. There have been no updates in a year, obviously it’s not working without them…

Built-in help worthless, and can't access SMB shares
App is unable to connect to Windows 10 file shares on my home network, while all other apps (FE File Explorer, etc) are able to do so. The app's built in "help" is a mobile web page that loads inside a frame (least effort possible), and it's just a giant FAQ that doesn't discuss this issue at all. And if I click on the link at the bottom of the page to rate the page as "unhelpful", that does nothing. All I want to do is unzip a file sitting on a normal Windows 10 file share; this should be easy, but this appears unable to do it at all.

WinZip App
I had been using this app years back and it had never failed me. And I had recommended it to some others at work. It is one of the best I have used so far. Thank you for this app and I wish I could give you 10 stars. Keep up the good work.
Not great. Poorly thought out use cases.
Very inconvenient to use. Lots of fancy cloud features but fails the very basics; to be able to quickly zip up photos and files from a phone, with a password, and send them over email securely in a format that is universally compatible with most unzip programs. You’d think it would be obvious that’s a key use case and the UI flow would be seamless. But no; uses xlsx and zip algorithms that don’t work eg with 7-zip and other apps end recipients might already have. Recipients wont/can’t download a new app to decrypt a file, generally! Doesn’t support copy paste very well either. So simple to get these obvious, basic user requirements correct- they must have actually tried hard to mess it up.

Good App, Needs bugs fixed
This app does what I need it to which is to password protect files before emailing them. It has some bugs though. If I leave the app before finishing zipping some files together, the menu at the bottom of the app no longer works when I return to the app. I then need to kill the app and restart it.
