System failure but Winzo denied to refund
Hi! I am a regular Winzo ludo player . There has been suspicious bots players where 99 of the moves were Number 6. That’s very unfair! It doesn’t happen only once but almost 20 times and there was no way any ordinary player could win when the both dice is 99 of the time 6. I address this concern yet no heed was paid.
Also, there has been too many in game issues in Ludo. Where I wasn’t able to move my dice which left me with no choice but to exit the game without playing and lost too much money due to glitch or system failure. Although i made complaints with screen recording proofs, Winzo still denies to refund my money!

Mania account temporarily blocked
It is a wonderful app, however I am facing an issue recently. I have played the games without any hacking or cheating, however, suddenly it still shows “your mania account has been temporarily blocked”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the same device with the same number, now it is showing “connect your device to the internet.” It is connected to the internet and all other apps are running quite smoothly. Please look into this. And it will be great if the app has a support or assistance section where these types of issues can be reported. The “report disput” section on transaction history is very specific for transaction related problems only, the problem that I am facing is not transaction related. It would be nice if there is a support section where general problems with the app could be reported.

Glitches and pathetic support staff
This app has a lot of glitches and it’s acceptable for an app to have glitches. There are zero free to play games in this app and if that’s the case whenever the game crashes / a glitch arise you expect the support staff to debug the issue properly but instead they blame us for reporting the issue as i have lost the game. I have shared multiple screenshots but it is not sufficient for them to resolve my issue. This app loots your money and most of the time I feel your opponent is not a human and you are competing against the system. Highly unlikely that you would make some money through this app. I will not at all recommend this app to anyone.

Winzo is one of the best gaming app and it has more than 100 skill-based games. I can speak personally since I have played Ludo and Poker, where I have won far more than losses. Now, it is a game, so I will lose when there are better players than me. In poker, when I lose, it was because I became overconfident and went to higher boots. The win I have had and the money is directly deposited to my bank account through UPI. Love it so far, best gaming app currently out here and one of the best poker playing experiences.
