Fake game app
This game app is fake. I tried to email them with an in-game issue but the email came bake to me saying it was undeliverable. I know I had the right email address on there. This and other fake games NEED to be banned from AppStore !
Awful customer service.
Sent serval messages over a week saying I couldn’t change my mobile number and they ignored it so no point even trying with them. Probably a scam. AVOID

Issues
This app was great for quite awhile but for the past month i have had redemptions pending and not been able to redeem them. I have contacted customer support numerous times with no response whatsoever. I have over $100 in redemptions pending. If they at least responded saying they were working on a glitch I wouldn’t even be posting a review but there is no response at all. Before the past month I would have posted 5 stars because it was reliable. Now I’d give it a 2

Just downloaded this app today (10/5/22). when you first download the app they want you to register and every time you submit it you get an error message.

Wont let me log in anymore. They ask for your ID and never let you log in again. This app is very sketchy and clearly wants your information. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP PLEASE

The app is good and seems fun so far but now I’m stuck on verify no matter how much I verify it the thing just won’t go away and I’ve tried restarting and downloading it again but the dang thing just won’t . Pls fix this .
Unresponsive when changing settings
Tried to turn sounds off so I could relax while listening to a podcast and play. After setting my preferences it refused to save and I am hit with loud annoying sounds while I’m trying to listen to other things. Deleted the game because of this. No telling what they are being dishonest about if even the settings refuse to take.
