Used It On My Mac For Years Now On iOS Devicesš
I had been using another ad blocker on my Mac and iOS devices but began using Wipr several years ago on my Mac as itās so simple to set up. Just turn it on, thatās it. Iāve recently had some issues with my iOS blocker so decided to install Wipr on those devices. Itās extremely effective on just about every site. I needed to check an issue with a couple sites and the developer responded far sooner than expected. I also enabled the Filtr option that should deal with certain apps though I havenāt been able to verify that, but no issues have occurred in my apps. Highly recommended.

I love this ad blocker for continuing and often updates, year after year, for providing fantastic prevention of unhelpful advertising as well as being an added privacy guard. Wipr is, by far, the best and easiest to useāhands free; it does it for youācontent preventer Iāve tried.

I recently switched to Safari and needed a good ad blocker. I used AdGuard on Chrome for years with no issues, but AdGuard Mini for Safari felt pretty clunky. I then tried 1Blocker and AdBlock Pro, but both also felt bloated with expensive subscriptions just to unlock basic features.

Wipr Extra Crashes Safari
For some reason, I have Wipr 2 and when the extension Wipr extra is running it randomly(probably thereās rhyme and reason) will crash my safari and close out of it. This happens a lot while using Safari in Private mode. From that the logs say and fed through AI, it says something with the content block conflicting with Safariās own native features. Not sure what this all means.

Filtr needs to be more prominent
Works great, but I really wish Filtr was more prominent as it stops by itself daily and I want to turn it back on quickly instead of digging through menus.

Kaylee sorted me out on enabling both WIPR 2 including extra, as well as FLTR for in app. You wonāt regret these purchases. I love returning to some apps that blasted so many ads I stopped using them, nowā¦. No ads. Safari is a pleasure now. Some direct ads may make it through, but that is very few sites. Support this Indie Developer, sheās fire.

Iām going tosay itās iOS thatās doing this but somehow every time thereās an update for this app (and only this app I might add) it never fully updates unless I kill the App Store app. Itās odd but itās happened enough to maybe bring it to your attention.

Simply the best safari adblocker
I thought it was absurd to pay for an adblocker since Iāve used a free one for as long as I could remember but I decided to give this a try. It works better than any other safari adblocker Iāve tested (wblock, ublock origin lite, 1blocker, adguard) and Iād highly recommend it.

I originally gave this 1 star because it didnāt block nearly anything. I received an email from the dev explaining that Extra was probably now set up correctly on install. Indeed it was not and after fixing that it now blocks nearly everything. Thanks!
Fantastic App - No Pop Ups
I wish I knew about this app sooner Iāve had no pop-ups or any problems using YouTube or anything else. I have a shortcut key set up just in case I need to disable the app for any reason.
The price was great for what this does. Iāve had absolutely no problems using the app on the latest version of iOS on my 16 Pro Max 1tb.

Never thought much about using an ad blocker, stumbled on WIPR 2. What a great accident to find, especially with FLTR in app purchase for app ad removal. I had a trouble with tech crunch, Kaylee wrote back in a fast time, 1-2 hours. Enabled extra boom.. ads gone. I really like Fltr. Ads gone out of the apps I use now too. Especially off news apps. Not one denial or request to turn off ad blocker yet. Come on all that for 5 bucks, $5 is a drop in your digital bucket. My favorite thing, of course after clean up, no data collected. That alone is worth the price of admission. Honestly my only regret, buying a 1 year subscription to fltr versus $25 for life. Best digital transaction in years, buy software, set it up, activate it, boom done.

Not working
On several websites I need to turn off Content Blockers if I want to read a webpage or watch a video. On my iPad I followed your instructions step by step for Extra but no success š

Does not work well
Wiper 1 actually blocked ads well for webpages including on YT, but Wiper2 barely blocks anything and will not even touch anything on YT running in Safari. I would skip this and look for other options.
