The Virtual Clerk allows you to ask questions about tasks performed at the Krakow City Hall. He has information on the procedures available at the Office, information from the Public Information Bulletin and on the content published on the website https://business.krakow.pl. Interaction with the application consists in asking questions to the Virtual Clerk in written or spoken form. The displayed answers are accompanied by character animation and reading the message aloud. The Virtual Clerk enables conversation in the following languages: Polish, English and Ukrainian.
