I do Not like the update. Bring back the prior version of the weather map with its options. This new one lacks.

I used to live in Charleston SC and was always a HUGE Bill Walsh fan!!! It is great to get to hear him through the weather alert app!

All the talk is about thursdays air quality and then talk about Saturday. WHAT ABOUT FRIDAY.
Too many notifications
This app will give me 20 notifications for 1 storm in an hour. You do not need to tell me it’s raining at my location, I can look outside and tell. And I don’t need to know there’s a flash flood warning every 20 minutes
Takes me to nothing
This app needs some work. I get notifications and click to read about it and it takes me to adds and the cover page. I never get to the information listed in the notification.
Enjoy the map feature
At least this map shows clusters of rain around my location. I can plan around it. The forecast is usually correct .
Inconsistency
To quote loosely, “When it’s good, it’s very very good. When it’s bad it’s horrid.” The inconsistency of the map program is maddening, especially when there is a chance of intense damaging weather. There is no information on the map, just a blank view of the country. It has been this way for quite a while. Fix it and I will gladly give five stars.

Weather summary
When the exact temperature for the day or the night is needed the app only gives “in the”, “in the”. If I wanted that information such as it is I could look out a window or walk on the porch.
Terrible app
The app is almost nothing but ads. I could not get the weekly or hourly weather forecast, only ads.
Unreliable
I downloaded this app to get alerts through Hurricane Helene. I set everything to all alerts including banners and sounds so I wouldn't miss anything especially through the night. I never got one alert!! We had tornado warnings in the early morning hours and the app never went off!! Channel 10 recommended everyone download the app to get timely and important alerts. What a joke. When we needed it most it failed. And YES, Again all settings were set to sounds and banners so we made sure we would receive any and all alerts ! Never got one. Would not recommend this channel's app. Try another one. This is unreliable!

Wis tv and weather
This is a wonderful app! They are always spot on with the forecast. I look at the weather several times ac day they are always spot on. If you need a weather app this is the one to get. And who doesn’t need a weather app this is the one to get. I love this app I also watch it on the tv 5 stars I give this app! Thank you wis for being so wonderful!

Alerts cry wolf, late radar, inappropriate ads.
App does ok, semi accurate forecast, but can be buggy sometimes. Radar timing has been off the last few months. Minutes count during tornadoes.
First alert weather notifications notoriously cry wolf. These should only be used for potentially dangerous weather. I should not be woken up to be told by a weather alert that it’s going to be sunny and humid.
The rating for ages 4+ is highly inaccurate. Some the the ads in the app showing clothing ads of scantily clothed women and tshirts making reference to “licking, sucking, and swallowing”, the tshirt is intended as a gag, but certainly not appropriate for younger individuals.

Radar inaccurate
Used to love the app but here recently the radar is completely wrong. Tonight there was a severe thunderstorm warning and it was storming and the radar showed it as completely clear in my area.. it’s happened a few other times in the past few months as well.
